A happy group of Easter Egg hunters.

Residents of Kahibah enjoyed their very own Easter egg hunt on Easter Sunday.

Forty plus families attended with their children who enjoyed finding chocolate eggs that were strewn all over Kahibah Park.

There was also a visit from Kahibah’s very own mascot ‘Louie the Sheep’, who was disguised as an Easter Bunny for the day.

The event was organised and hosted by Catherine Lang, owner of ‘The Cracked Cup Cafe’ in Kahibah.

“I saw Easter Sunday as a great opportunity for the children of Kahibah and surrounds to have their very own Easter egg hunt.”

“It was an excellent turn out and a great way for everyone within our community to gather and enjoy Easter,” stated Catherine.

The hunt is sure to continue as an Easter feature in Kahibah.

Catherine added, “Special thanks must go to the Kahibah Village committee for their donation towards the event.”
