An expansive, communal rooftop terrace with sweeping views over Newcastle city and its surrounds is one of the features of a new boutique apartment complex in Adamstown, launched today (Monday, October 29).

Hugo will contain 20 x one, two and three-bedroom apartments on a 1010m2 site on Brunker Road.

Sales and marketing agent Mark Kentwell, from PRDnationwide Newcastle New Projects, said Hugo is the definition of modern living.

Mr Kentwell said the apartments have been designed by local architects Space Design Architecture and Stage One Interiors.
