Eight contestants in the Face of Façon final on Saturday, October 6 will showcase the latest Spring fashion collections in a runway event hosted by Westfield in-house stylist, Kate Kohler.
The runway will be a show-stopping affair, with international model and Face of Façon ambassador, Annalise McLachlan closing the show, before the Face of Façon winner is announced.
Façon editor, Lara Lupish says the runway event will be full of energy and excitement, with the final eight girls all vying for an exclusive development contract with Chic and a fashion editorial in Façon magazine.
“There has been a lot of hype around the search for the Hunter’s next supermodel and the event will be very well attended, with the public all eager to see who will be named the first Face of Façon,” Lara says.
Lara believes the eight finalists all have what it takes to be a successful model, but the winner will come down to who has that extra star power.
“We’ll be looking for the girl who can really captivate the audience on the runway. Being a top model requires a lot of hard work behind the scenes and then bringing that extra bit of panache on the day,” she says.
The Face of Façon finalists are: Chiara Voight, Grace van den Boogaard, Hunter Monnox, Jade Archer, Jamie Smith, Lillian Owens, Madyson Thomas and Sarah Henderson.
The winner will receive a development contract with Chic, a fashion editorial in Façon magazine, a $500 voucher from Matthews Jewellers and a 12 month VIP access to Event Cinemas.
The runway event will be held at Westfield Kotara on Saturday at 12pm. It is open to the public and all are welcome to attend.
