A truck driver was fined and his vehicle defected after a crash on the M1 near the Mooney Mooney Creek Bridge on yesterday afternoon.
The crash occurred around 5.20pm (Thursday, August 9) when the heavy vehicle left the southbound lanes and became trapped on top of the guard rail.
The male driver, believed to be in his thirties, underwent a breath test at the scene, returning a negative result.
Police fined the driver for negligent driving and his truck was defected.
