Meet Timmy, the loveable and friendly 1.5-year-old Kelpie boy who recently came into care from no fault of his own. Timmy was previously in a loving home but was regretfully surrendered by his owner who became too unwell to care for him any longer.
Timmy is an adorable, loyal, loving and family-oriented dog. He just loves being around humans and is always eager to please. He is always happy and his face is nearly always ‘smiling’ back at you. Timmy has been in foster care for 6 weeks and in this time he has learnt many skills and how to behave like a good boy.
In the evening Timmy will settle down for the night at your feet and have a chew on a chew-toy or bone, or happily have a snooze while you do your own thing. Timmy is not currently allowed on the lounge at his foster home and he respects this rule very well. However, Timmy is still a very affectionate dog who loves a cuddle and belly rubs with his foster parents. Who knows, maybe he’ll be allowed on the lounge at his forever home?
Timmy is a working dog and has high energy levels during the day. He would love someone in his life who can commit to taking him for a run or a long walk every morning. Timmy is still a young dog and his energy will make him excited and boisterous at times. However, if he has had his walk, he is an absolute angel! Timmy must go to a home with another playful or high energy dog and/or an owner who will commit to spending lots of time and energy with him. Being a Kelpie x, Timmy must go to a home with a very secure yard and high quality fences at least 6 foot high.
Timmy would be most happy on a property where he has enough space to run and play. He will need a home with a decent sized back yard or better yet, a large property.
For more information or to meet Timmy, please contact Donna on 0466 099 426 or Timmypebmilo@hotmail.com. Timmy is in foster care in Cameron Park, NSW and is available for adoption interstate.
Timmy’s adoption fee is $500 and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered.
